This nice sign was obviously used to mark "Bramford Road" back at least in the 20's, if not earlier. It is hard to date this sign but the letters are large enough to read from a distance during horse and buggy days. The sign is clearly marked Bramford Road and is a one-sided sign that was probably used at a crossroads. The patina is deeply embedded after many years of being preserved in a barn, and there are no cracks or breaks present.
