Signed Limbert Rocker - $795.00

Seat from floor 20" x 20" wide x 20" deep. 39" high.

We were so pleased to find this Signed Limbert Rocker from the Arts and Crafts Era of furniture. Charles P. Limbert (1854-1923) was the founder of the Charles P. Limbert Furniture Co.. Limbert's quarter sawn oak furniture is characteristic of thhe Arts and Crafts movement in America, and some of the pieces look similar to that produced by other makers of the day. This rocker is a good example of that, with its solid construction and straight forward, clean lines. There is a book written by Rita Reif entitled, " If Stickley Was Hertz, Then Limbert Was Avis" - enough said! This rocker has a leather seat and a high back, and has been expertly restored by our team of professionals. It is competitively priced and ready to grace your home.
