This 4 Drawer Quarter Sawn Oak File Cabinet is a useful item. The original use was in an office, but it can also be used for linen or as a bureau. It has all the original hardware which has been cleaned, and it has the original brass plate on the front, "Library Sole Makers". This is a special unit indeed, and the quarter sawn (tiger grain) is prominent on the back, the sides and on the drawers. This file is finished on all sides, so it can be placed in the center of any room. It has been professionally restored by our refinisher and is certainly a site to behold!
