This hand Water Pump was made by the F. E. Myers & Sons Company of Ashland, Ohio, a name that is embossed in the pump. This water pump is made of cast iron and dates back to the turn-of-the-20th century. It may have been attached to a well or a sink, and was very reliable. It needed priming, but as long as the water source was available, it was a "never fail" unit. This pump is a piece of our history and can be used today or for decoration.
