Clipper Ship Model - $1500

This is a nice model of a clipper ship that was likely done in the 1950s. The piece is nicely detailed including a ships wheel, anchor, dingy, port holes and all of the rigging in tact. The ship is complete with a 15 star American flag, the flag that inspired our national anthem. The 15 star flag flew over our country from 1795-1818, and also flew over Fort McHenry during the War of 1812. This ship is a model of those used to defend America during that time in our history.
