This simple Oak China Cabinet came from Lewiston, Maine. It had been in that family for several generations. There was a sticker on the back which we saved for provenance stating that it came originally from the Philadelphia Furniture Company, and it was sold at the Eastern Furniture Company in Bangor, Maine. It was then sold to the original owner where it remained until our purchase in 2024. The closet has rolled feet and a double plate groove for display of china. We even have the original key and lock from an earlier era. This china cabinet was well taken care of over the years and has easily withstood the test of time as a result.
